Delta Medical College is located in Mirpur-1, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was established in 2006 while the year of academic activities commencement is 2008. The college approved by Bangladesh Medical and Dental councils and affiliated to Dhaka University. The college is housed in 10 storied building with its hospital.
There are lecture halls, anatomy dissection hall and modern library with internet access. Separate well equipped labs for subjects are available. Anatomy museum, pathology museum, forensic medicine and community medicine museums are sources of information there.

The Delta Medical College offers undergraduate programme leading to the degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). The MBBS curriculum conforms to the requirements of the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BM&DC), which is the registering body for doctors in Bangladesh.
The Governing Body of the college is comprised of representatives from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dhaka University and Trustee Board and headed by the Chairman, Professor Dr. Syed Mukarram Ali, with the Principal of the college as member secretary.
The college has a rich library equipped with all modern facilities and resources. There is a very good collection of textbooks for both students and teachers, as well as the latest national and international journals.
The college authority strives to oversee the overall progress of the students and thus constantly keeps in touch with the guardians by organizing regular parent-teacher meetings.
Hostel accommodation is available for both male and female students.
